Our Mission
Our mission is to ensure the professional growth, personal excellence, and recognition of PAs serving the Asian community, and to support their efforts to enable them to improve the quality, accessibility, and cost-effectiveness of patient-centered healthcare.
Our Goals & Values
Be the authoritative and definitive representation for Asian PAs and within the medical profession.

Foster the educational and professional interests of PAs by promoting clinical and academic excellence, through ongoing professional education and other professional development opportunities.
Create and maintain strategic alliances with organizations that support the professional practice of Asian PAs, including addressing and supportive legislative initiatives that address health care disparities and access to care.
Encourage the ongoing education of Asian PA Students, through mentoring, clinical preceptorship, and the PAAH Student Alliance
Assist with the coordination and standardization of curricula for PAs that include addressing health disparities affecting the Asian communities
Develop, coordinate, and participate in studies having an impact, directly or indirectly, on the Asian population
Serve as the professional bridge of AAPA and the Asian population to provide public information that represents the collective need of the Asian population in an ongoing effort to address health disparities
To increase the representation of Asian PAs in all leadership roles
